UX design was especially important when creating Vault Wine Merchants' new touchscreen warehousing system, featuring a front-end CRM/B2B e-commerce platform and product tracking. Understanding how the employees were going to work with the system was the difference in actual usability vs ideation and wireframe visualization. In designing the Vault wine system, it became clear that simplification in design and usability increased efficiency many times over.
